This egg pizza is a great alternative when the typical egg and toast breakfast won't do!
Don't forget to experiment with different toppings.
Try mushrooms, or different kinds of cheese for a slightly different taste.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium-high. Drain the grease, crumble the sausage and set aside.
Place pizza crusts upside down on cookie sheets and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Do not brown the crusts.
Lightly beat the eggs and add milk, and salt and pepper. Scramble eggs over medium heat until firm.
Remove pizza crusts from oven, turn right side up, and spread 1/2 of the can of cream of celery soup on top of each crust.
Spread 1/2 of the egg mixture on each crust. Sprinkle bacon bits on one pizza and cooked sausage on the other. Cover each with onions.
Top each pizza with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven, for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
