This low carb pizza recipe is a creative way to get rid of the bread in your pizza
If you want a creative pizza recipe, then you've come to the right place. This pizza is quick and easy to make since there are only a few ingredients and no rising dough!
It may not be low in fat, but still the carbs are far away from this low carb delight! (This recipe and accompanying photos come courtesy of Amy Dungan and her low carb blog,

Place skillet over medium high heat. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese to the bottom of the skillet - shaping it in a circle. Let cheese heat until it starts to bubble. Once it starts bubbling add toppings of your choice. (Remember to pre-cook any meat as it won't have time to cook thoroughly on the skillet pizza) Try not to overload with toppings.
The edges of the cheese will start to brown. At this point you can gently lift the pizza with a spatula.
When the edges are brown all the way around the pizza, gently slide it onto a plate using a spatula.
Allow the pizza to cool a bit so the cheese can firm up, making it easier to slice. Once slightly cooled, use a pizza cutter
to
slice it. You now have a delicious pizza with all the flavor, but none
of the carbs!
Enjoy this low carb pizza!
