You can always alter these recipes by using your favorite local pizzeria crust or additional toppings!
This recipe is designed for a party of one. Easily double the ingredients for a larger pizza!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Drizzle olive oil into a small, cold skillet and add smashed garlic cloves. Cook over low heat 10-12 minutes to soften garlic. Be careful not to brown or burn the garlic.
Remove garlic from oil to plate or cutting board and turn oil up to medium. Add shrimp to oil and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp is opaque. Remove shrimp to plate or cutting board. Keep the oil.
Finely chop the cooked garlic and coarsely chop the shrimp.
Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Brush the entire pizza crust with the garlic infused oil.
Sprinkle on chopped garlic, green onions, and shrimp. Crumble the feta on top and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.

Preheat oven to 450 °F.
Brush pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
Top with shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake about 10-14 minutes or until crust is deep golden and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with cilantro and red pepper.
